Change Your Mind!


Every Thursday, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, an opportunity to focus on developing your meditation practice. Led by an experienced team of order members the evening will be tailored to the needs of whoever comes along so that there will be instruction in either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana (Loving kindness) meditations for newcomers and helpful tips and discussion for the benefit of more experienced meditators. There will also be a chance to ask questions about Buddhism as well as meditation.

Each week will have a particular theme such as posture, walking meditation, balancing energy, dealing with hindrances, recognising positive factors etc.


Come and find out more and enjoy meditating and discussing with others. All are welcome whether or not you have meditated before.

There is no charge for the evening but a donation of £5 or more would be much appreciated to help cover costs and develop our new centre.
