Going Deeper in Meditation and Buddhism

A six-week course starting Tuesday 12th November

Cost £60 (£40 concessions)

This is a new course for anyone who has done one of our introductory courses and wants to take the next step in their exploration of the Buddha’s teaching.

The focus here will be on Enlightenment itself, explored via the ancient symbol of The Mandala of the Five Buddhas. This is a visionary expression of the myriad qualities of Enlightened experience. Through rich multi-coloured Images fashioned of  light, we are guided through the mysteries of  the diverse wise and compassionate dimensions of our own Enlightened potential. Further guidance in meditation is included in a course that is sure to inspire and stimulate our growth.

If you have attended an introductory course or have some understanding of meditation and Buddhism, this is an excellent opportunity to learn ways of making your meditation practice more effective and deepening your understanding of an aspect of Buddhist teaching.
