Introduction to meditation and Buddhism course
Tuesday evenings 7.30 -9.30pm starting January 14th.
A six-week course to get you going with a regular meditation practice and introduce you to some of the key teachings of Buddhism. You will learn the two main meditation methods we practise in Triratna - the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana - and learn how Buddhism can help you live life with a greater sense of meaning and connection.
You will be part of a small friendly group taught by an experienced member of the Triratna Buddhist Order.
