Life With Full Attention

How often are we truly alive, fully living our every moment? Life slips by all too quickly yet so much of it we pass through on 'auto-pilot', regretting the past or dreaming about the future. Mindfulness is one of the central teachings of Buddhism and practising it helps us to 'wake up' to the richness and wonder of life in this very moment, as well as helping us to see our true potential as human beings.
This 8-week course is based on Maitreyabandhu's highly acclaimed book 'Life With Full Attention' and will involve talks, discussion and mindfulness practices to take away and try out in daily life.
The course will be led by Lokabandhu, Sudarshini and Dhammavijaya, all experienced teachers and members of the Triratna Buddhist Order.
The cost is just £50 for the full 8 weeks and includes a copy of the book.
