Three consecutive Tuesday Evenings 7-9.30pm starting January 18th.

 

 

This brand new short course is a concise yet thorough introduction to the three principal values of the Buddhist life. You will learn about the relationship between happiness and the growth of awareness, perceptions of the way things really are that we tend to overlook, and the importance of friendship and community.

 

You will learn two far-reaching meditation practices, and have the opportunity to question and discuss what you learn.
