What will be on each week once we are open again!

Monday evening is Hatha Yoga with Akash 6.15 and 7.30.

Tuesday evening: Our six week course 'Vision and Transformation' is now underway but please join us for our next six week course  'Life with Full Attention' starting on April 21st.

Our study groups meet on Wednesday evenings at 7.15 to meditate together before study at various levels in our Triratna Dharma Study course. We will soon be starting a new foundation level course so if you have learned the meditation practices we teach in Triratna and would like to take part in a more in-depth study of Buddhism, then please contact us.

 Change your Mind! from 7.30 to 9.30 is our Thursday evening drop-in class focusing on the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana meditations with their potential to transform our minds and lives. Suitable for both newcomers and more experienced meditators.

On Saturday morning from 10.30 to 12.30 do join us for our weekly exploration of aspects of the Buddha's life and teaching. The mornings are open to all and comprise a mixture of meditation practice and discussion of Buddhist themes, as well as a break for tea. All welcome
